How to Place an Order
1) Finding your desired product
● Select between Voiles & Sheers or Curtains & Drapes on the home menu.
● Choose filters on the left side and tick the color / design / fabric of the product you are looking for.
2) When you’ve found your desired product
● Click on the Customize & Buy button if you wish to buy the product.
● You may also order a free swatch or just the fabric.
3) Entering/Selecting the curtain specifications
● On the Make Curtain tab below the product summary, you can customize your desired product to perfectly fit your home.
● For the track/pole width and the curtain drop/height, click the question mark to open a measurement guide.
● For the other customizations, click the question mark to open guides that illustrate all the different types.
4) Ordering your product - reviewing the cart
● After adding your product to the cart, you may go the checkout to order it.
● Here there will be a summary of your selected products and all the customizations you have chosen.
● Please check carefully so that you have the correct quantity of products and correct customizations.
5) Ordering your product - placing the order
● After processing the checkout, you will be instructed to sign in if you have not already.
● You may enter your shipping address or select from a previously used address linked with your account.
● Here you may also leave a message to add any other specifications or particular order requirements.
6) Ordering your product - paying
● After placing your order, you will be taken to the payment summary.
● Please enter your credit card details or PayPal details.
● You can then pay at the bottom of the screen and your order will be placed.
