These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use and place orders on www.voilavoile.com. By ordering goods from our website you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Correct measurements 

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements for made to measure products supplied are correct. Please following the measuring guide provided. If you require any further advice, please do not hesitate to contact us. We cannot accept returns for made to measure curtains and made to measure roman blinds that have been made using incorrect measurements. In some situations, we may be able to alter the goods, however, any cost in doing do will be borne by the customer.

Made to measure products 

Custom made products are made to your requirements. They are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. We suggest you order free swatches to see and touch before placing an order. Please always double check the order details and specifications. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any enquiries before ordering.

Fabrics cut to order
We suggest you order free swatches to see and touch before placing an order. Cancellations will be disallowed if goods have been cut and prepared for delivery in which case customers will be expected to pay in full for goods ordered.

Please note that fabric is cut by professional tailors within a variance of +/-2cm. We will not replace the order if the sizes are within this toerance limit and you will not be entitle to reject the goods.

Defective and damaged goods

www.voilavoile.com perform quallity checks in all stages - not just pre-shipment. In the unlikely event if there is a fault with your product, please email us at info@voilavoile.com and provide that

·         The fault is clearly as a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials

·         The fault is not the direct result of normal wear and tear or negligent actions

·         We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement product being despatched.


Please email us at info@voilavoile.com quoting your name, order number, item description and date of order with reason for return. Once we have given you a Return Number you can then return the item to us.

Cancellation and refund
If you need to cancel your order for any reason please email us as early as possible at info@voilavoile.com quoting your name, order number, item description and date of order.

Cancellation of orders will be entitled to 100% refund, if the order on www.voilavoile.com has not processed, however, Made to Measure curtains & Blinds and cut to order fabric are by their nature unlikely to be resold and therefor we are unable to give a refund once the order has been commenced.

Accuracy of content 

www.voilavoile.com has taken every possible care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All images used are mainly for illustrative purposes. The images are made to represent the colours and design pattern as best that is possible. However, pattern layout may vary due to the cut of the material so images may not replicate the product pattern exactly.
